Project Manager (Landscape Construction)

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of job execution—ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and at the level of quality our clients expect.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily job execution, managing crews, coordinating resources, and ensuring every project runs smoothly from kickoff to completion.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Project Execution & Jobsite Oversight
- Oversee day-to-day execution of multiple projects
- Ensure all work aligns with approved designs, scope, and quality standards
- Maintain job timelines and drive projects toward on-time completion
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays
2. Crew Leadership & Productivity
- Manage and direct field crews to ensure efficient production
- Set clear expectations and maintain accountability on-site
- Monitor quality of work and enforce company standards
- Ensure crews are working safely and effectively
3. Client Experience & Communication
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients during project execution
- Provide updates, manage expectations, and maintain a professional presence
- Ensure clients feel confident, informed, and taken care of throughout the project
4. Coordination with Operations
- Work closely with Operations to align schedules, priorities, and resources
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and needs clearly
- Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, design, and production
5. Materials, Equipment & Job Readiness
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment for each job
- Ensure job sites are prepared and ready before work begins
- Maintain equipment readiness and report any issues proactively
6. Change Orders & Revenue Optimization
- Identify opportunities for change orders during project execution
- Communicate scope changes clearly to clients and internal teams
- Ensure proper documentation and approval of all changes
- Contribute to maximizing project profitability
7. Quality Control & Final Delivery
- Ensure all work meets Urban Oasis quality standards
- Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure project completion meets expectations
- Address punch list items quickly and thoroughly
Must-Haves
Strong experience in Landscape construction, outdoor living, or similar field
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and crew management skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
Strong communication skills (client-facing + internal)
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with high-end residential projects
Background in construction management or related field
Familiarity with project management tools or CRM systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish is a plus)
